These are new old stock (NOS) and haven't been produced in years.
Did you know that two different button cap styles were used? The "long cap" was used in the original car delivered to the studio by Michael Scheffe, and the "short cap" version was used on the insert dash (which sat on a soundstage) as well as a later iteration of the hero car.
