Knight Designs Season Two Knight Rider Dash
For many years, there was one crucial gap in the Knight Rider replica hobby – an accurate, high-quality season two dash.
Knight Designs is proud to be able to offer this piece. Our hand-sculpted plug for this dash started with an original season one dash. We then made such modifications as extending the top face to the windshield and redesigning the voicebox area to match the angles of the original.
Our pods were sculpted using a screen used original season two pod as reference.
In Out of the Mold condition, the pods will need to adhere to the dash and some other finish work.
Made of high-quality fiberglass with a sandable gel coat.
A note on “Out of the Mold” parts: Knight Designs is now proud to offer parts directly out of the mold – meaning, the part was cast in the mold, removed and edges trimmed. NO other finish work has been completed. You will be responsible for smoothing out casting lines and other minor surface imperfections. If you are able to complete the finished work yourself, this is a great way to save a little money on your build.
